Também neste Santuário se tem um crucifixo que verteu sangue e atualmente verte óleo de suas chagas. No dia 09 de fevereiro de 1999, este crucifixo começou a verter óleo. Em 15 de setembro do mesmo ano, durante uma aparição de Nossa Senhora, o crucifixo começou a verter sangue diante dos peregrinos ali reunidos em oração. Desde 2000 a 2005 durante a quaresma, este crucifixo verteu sangue, as terças e sextas – feiras. Nos outros dias, verteu óleo normalmente. Nosso Senhor nos explica em uma mensagem ditada no dia 29 / 03 / 2000, o porquê Ele verteu sangue em seu crucifixo.
